All I was trying to show with this idea is that you can still deal traditional strike seconds despite the top card being pushed way off the deck as depicted. It's counterintuitive, but the top card doesn't get in the way. In the context of a demonstration, dealing four aces after showing a king on top that's partially dealt is just one way to dramatically demonstrate the concept.
