Mucks (carry-over)
MUCKS, BREAK-OFFS, COOLERS & MORE - chapter 7, page 523
I have always felt that the choreography of two-bet blackjack switches would interest cardmen. I was right. This move uses a clean-up that has similarities to 'playing the spread.' Playing two hands, the switcher stands with the first hand, a 'stiff' (totals 12-16) against a small card. Moving to the second hand and picking up another stiff, an opportunity presents itself to switch cards and turn two weak hands into two very strong totals of 20 and 11, the 2nd and 3rd biggest money makers in the game. If you envision this switch occurring in late position as the dealer is busy addressing players in early position, which often includes crew members to keep the dealer busy, it's easy to see how these kinds of switches can fly. Note that the entire sequence is done with one hand.
