Here's the CTB cut/strip presented in a distinct two-phase sequence as described in GSOH. Part one is a double-cut, and part two is a three-part strip. The method is designed to eliminate common tells while offering an authentic, acceptable card-table sequence. The CTB carries the entire deck.
