Forte's Favorites (bottom slug)

SHUFFLES & CUTS - chapter 2, page 113

There are two false-shuffling procedures called "Forte's Favorites." I was asked why they were my favorites. The truth is that I prefer 'positioning cuts/strips' for carrying slugs above all other methods, but these are favorites for fooling cardmen. Here's the procedure for carrying a bottom slug, which looks best to my eye with a casual shuffling style and speed. What makes the method unique is that both strips are true to the extent that there are no steps, base-strips, up-the-ladder actions, etc. The first strip moves the slug from the bottom to near the top, and the second strip moves the slug from near the top back to the bottom . . . a rare trait of false strips.
