I called this the fastest of all the bottom cops/palms, which got the attention of many cardmen. Here it's demonstrated at normal speed under the guise of ribbon-spreading the deck. The right hand's action should be identical to that of simply grabbing the deck and spreading it. The left second finger from the side to the front is completely covered, and the last tiny pivot of the target cards into a gamblers' occurs as the left hand turns down into a fist.
