MD's Push-through

MD used a bumping action with his right second finger for the final push into the SCS position. Here's the no-bump version to help get you started. What I recall most about MD's handling is that once in the SCS position, he could convincingly cut what appeared to be the top half forward in slow motion before carrying the cut. This action is often rushed and is typically the weakest part of the move, but in MD's hands, it was the strongest part because the table-cut was set up perfectly to look like the real thing, even at normal speed.
