Right-thumb Retraction Second Deal

This is a super second deal that has been employed by some legendary mechanics. The method is best suited for dealing face up cards in games where there's some time between dealing each card as players make their decisions (although one mechanic used the move while pitching cards around the table). Watch the left thumb; after the pushoff, it remains frozen while the right thumb moves normally, resulting in a deceptive, almost moveless second deal.
