double dead-cuts

The idea of simultaneously dead-cutting with both hands was well-received, but there were still questions about the handling. I like to have both packets fall face up to the table at the same time, but it's not necessary. Note how that last stripped packet is apparently slapped on top before the cuts. You're trying to create the impression that you're dead-cutting from a riffled, stripped, squared deck. If you look closely, you'll also see the 'touch-break' in action.
